Look way down at the post that has a URL that extends beyond the normal borders of the posting area. Delete that, and everything should go back to normal. I've had this same problem with pictures that were too large.
Also, if you use Firefox instead of IE, this problem doesn't happen. But obviously you want to fix it for your IE readers.
