Breaking: Kevin Kramer elected Metro Council President

The Louisville Metro Council has elected Kevin Kramer to serve as the next president.

Democrats voting for Kramer were Tom Owen (D-8th), Tina Ward-Pugh (D-9), and Bob Hernderson (D-14). Barbara Shanklin (D-2) recieved 8 votes and Madonna Flood (D-24) got three. All Republicans placed their vote for Kramer.
