Jack Conway, a former candidate for congress, who is also considering a run for governor, said the withdrawal of Abramson and Luallen has no impact on his decision. "It doesn't really change anything for me. I'm going to be a good Democrat, a loyal Democrat, and try to figure out the best way to take back the governor's mansion in 2007."
Both Attorney General Greg Stumbo and Conway say they'll decide whether to run around the first week in December.
Treasurer Jonathan Miller, another Democrat, was out of his office today, but a spokesperson said he continues getting calls encouraging him to run.
And former Gov. Barberton Jones said he's contemplating a comeback.
