Nader Policy Towards Israel

This is political news dealing with Israel, not KY.

According to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency:
The U.S. Congress and White House are “puppets” of Israel, Ralph Nader said. “The subservience of our congressional and White House puppets to Israeli military policy has been consistent,” the independent candidate for president told Pat Buchanan in an interview in this month’s American Conservative magazine. “Both parties concede their independent judgment to the pro-Israeli lobbies in this country because they perceive them as determining the margin in some state elections and as sources of funding,” he said.
Nader, who said Israelis enjoy greater freedoms than Americans in discussing Israeli policies, said he would heed Israel’s peace movement in formulating his own policies.

Sorry Ralph, but you don't have my vote and most likely, never will. I don't agree with your type of politics. I'm a typical liberal, maybe a Kennedy Democrat.

Ancestry.com is reporting that John Kerry is related to Hollywood actors Clint Eastwood and Arnold Schwarzenegger. The interesting part is the relationship with Arnie is by marriage. Not Kerry's marriage through his wife but through Maria Shriver's marriage with Arnie. Who would have thought that JFK was related to JFK. Massachusetts is represented in the senate by cousins. Who could believe that?

The Fourth of July is coming up so there really isn't much political news to report on. Joh Gorenfeld reported last night that a Rabbi was involved with the Moon fiasco. We'll see how that turns out. I emailed the OU, USCJ, & URJ but no replies yet.

My father might be running for a city commisioner position within the neighborhood I live in. Wouldn't that be great? I'm an aspiring politician and, if he wins, that makes me the son of a politician!

A new Blog?

This blog will cover politics in Kentucky. I might cover all races, or a select few. If time permits, I may contact candidates with questions and publish the answers here. I'm an aspiring politician so I have found it very helpful when I hear from well-known politicians and find out advice they give me.
To tell you about myself, I am a college sophomore. I am a staunch Democrat. I will be majoring in public relations with a minor in legal studies. After I earn my undergraduate degree, I plan to attend law school and possibly pursue a joint degree with another field related to politics.
