I saw an advanced screening of Valkyrie this evening and thought it was very well done. Tom Cruise did an amazing job in his role as Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg. The cast was superb.
May the memory of General Friedrich Olbricht, Graf von Stauffenberg, Werner von Haeften and Albrecht Ritter Mertz von Quirnheim, and General Ludwig Beck be a blessing to us all. If what they did had not failed, this would would truly be a better place. They saw what Hitler was doing and didn't like it.
