Black was answering the NRA president's question as to what's a watchlist.
On accountability:
Vice Admiral Albert Church: "I don't think you can hold anyone accountable for a situation that, maybe if you done something different, maybe something would have ocurred differently.
"Actually, if I'm not mistaken, that's the definition of accountability! Nope, there's no trusting the military or the cops. It's every man for themselves. Thank G-d we live i a contry where anyone can buy guns...anyone."
