In the Crossfire… James Carville and Jerry Falwell square off on sex, lies, and abstinence. A new report says that America's youth may be getting misinformation in their sex education classes, and some are placing the blame squarely on abstinence-only education programs. The president may be a firm believer in abstinence education but others aren't so sure and believe that too little information is outright dangerous. But does a more comprehensive curriculum for America's teenagers really increase their likelihood of having sex? Would it help ensure that those who engage in sexual activity do it safely? Where should the line be drawn? And should schools be teaching about sex at all or should educators focus exclusively on reading, writing, arithmetic?
Join James Carville and special guest co-host Rev. Jerry Falwell for Crossfire, 4:30 p.m. Eastern, 1:30 p.m. Pacific - live from the George Washington University. Teamed up with Judy Woodruff’s Inside Politics, we promise to give you the best of politics anywhere.
