Another Pleasant Valley Tuesday...

I had a post ready and blogger couldn't find the server. Yea, so I have to retype everything!

Mark Rotenberg will not run for the open seat in Minnesota after all.
Rotenberg has served as Minnesota's general counsel since 1992. To date, his political activity has been behind the scenes, such as his 2004 role as a Minnesota leader in Sen. Joe Lieberman's presidential campaign.
The Cornell Sun reviews Lewis Black's Nothing Sacred.

They like him. They really like him. Who knew of such appeal in NYC?
Appearing on Live With Regis and Kelly yesterday, Damon was asked again about performance-enhancing drugs. (Ex-wife Angie Vannice said last week that Damon was so full of rage during their marriage, she sometimes wondered if he was on steroids.) "I never took steroids. When I was age 13, somebody tried to give them to me...but luckily, I was big," Damon said, citing the death of football player Lyle Alzado as an example of the dangers of steroids. (He also mentioned the death of the late, great Len Bias, saying "that's why I never did cocaine.") While at the Barnes & Noble, Damon's wife, Michelle, used the opportunity to shoot a segment for her upcoming gig on NESN.
Senator Feingold has been raising his profile. I don't think it has anything to do with nose though.

Evan Bayh makes another hiring.
Cheryl Sullivan has left her position as vice chancellor for external affairs at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis to become policy director for U.S. Sen. Evan Bayh.
No Rudy in 2006. He will not challenge Spitzer or Clinton.

What's that, Jimmy Fallon?
The comic actor played BOSTON RED SOX fanatic SULLY on the legendary TV series for six years, which helped convince Fever Pitch producer and star DREW BARRYMORE that Fallon would be ideal for the lead role.
Joe Lieberman loses a policy advisor in Joseph J. Helble. Best of luck.

The name's Bond. James Bond. So what's with all the internet rumors saying Pierce Brosnan is gone?!?

Barbra Streisand and Barry Gibb are recording a new album. But not before I ask how do you mend a broken heart?!?
