Can we get a win tonight?

I'll post about that later this afternoon.

B. B. King is offering a guitar as a reward for his missing dog, Lucille.

Jim Gaffigan's comedy special, Beyond the Pale is now available at stores for only $10.99. It includes footage that was not included on the Comedy Central special. It was hilarious. I watched it last night.

Yes, for the St. Louis Cardinals, money keeps talking.

Second City's Tour Co. is heading to the Loeb Playhouse on February 25th.

An interview with Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich and State Rep. Ron Stephens is scheduled to appear on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart tonight.

It looks like Sen. Lieberman is seriously in trouble. This is not good news for those of us that still support him.

Claud Johnson, the only son of the late legendary bluesman Robert Johnson, will accept an award on behalf of his late father tonight in a ceremony.

PopMatters interviews Kenny Loggins and Jim Messina.

James Taylor was serenaded with his tunes last night. Word has it that he is working on a new album.
The powerhouse lineup included Bruce Springsteen and his mournful harmonica on "Millworker" to Sting's acoustic guitar on "Close Your Eyes."

Also performing were Sheryl Crow, Bonnie Raitt, Paul Simon, Jackson Browne, David Crosby, the Dixie Chicks, Dr. John and Taj Mahal. The event kicked off Grammy week by honoring the 57-year-old Taylor as MusiCares Person of the Year.

India.Arie demonstrated her fondness for Taylor by carrying onstage a purse with his picture on it. Alison Krauss sang "Carolina in My Mind" and the Dixie Chicks harmonized on "Shower the People."

Taylor joined Carole King for a duet on "You've Got a Friend," a song that was a hit for the both of them.
