The Padres' Brian Giles could be the Cardinals' next right fielder. Giles, a potential free agent, wants to stay in San Diego, but if no deal can be worked out, the Cardinals likely would be his No. 1 choice. The Braves, deep in young corner outfielders no longer have a need for Giles, whose younger brother, Marcus, is the team's second baseman...Let's hope it works out with him joining the Cardinals.

Brian Giles to join the Cardinals?
I certainly hope so as Fox Sports reports that the Padres' outfielder would like to go to St. Louis if he doesn't stay in San Diego. He would be a great addition to our outfield.
