Letter to Mayor Slay

Houston Mayor Bill White sent a letter to St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay. It is very heartfelt and congratulates the Cardinal fans.

Mayor Slay donated his winnings of the San Diego bet to charity.

The bet with Houston. I just have to note that Mayor Slay predicted the Cards in 5 but changed to 6 for the extra home game. This is what Bill White will get:

-Two American Airlines tickets to St. Louis
-A personal escort by Airport Director Kevin Dolliole to their cab
-A suite at the Pavilion hotel next to Busch Stadium
-An interview with KMOX talk show host Charlie Brennan
-Lunch at Crown Candy
-Dinner at Mike Shannon’s restaurant
-A guided tour of the new Busch Stadium
-An all-access pass to the City Museum
-A blog entry on MayorSlay.com

Interesting. I never ate at Mike Shannon's yet or J. Buck's. I did eat at Ozzie's this summer.
