Not all the winners...
It turns out that not all the winners will take the stage. The Academy is trying to give the local networks a chance to show the news before midnight so they have said that Robin Williams will except on everyone's behalf. They wanted Michael Jackson to sing but he's been booked already for another gig that day: Playing the Martha Stewart Prison!
