Breaking: Colorado Insurgency

Senator Bayh spoke last night to the Colorado Democratic Party. However, no media reports have come out dealing with what happened yet. I've been informed that "an insurgent group of Dems threw out the Party chair this weekend." This is crazy! Can we do this in Kentucky? Is it legal?
