Chertoff confirmed, talking points

The Center for American Progress sent out their latest talking points discussing the Kyoto Treaty. The keypoints are below:
The Bush administration favors polluters over public health and environmental stewardship.
Cleaner energy policies would help to create thousands of jobs, increase wages and save consumers billions of dollars.
We must do more now to stop the dangerous effects of global climate change.
I should note that Republican Senator Olympia Snowe co-chairs The International Climate Change Task Force, a project sponsored by the Center for American Progress.

Jewish Telegraphic Agency: "Mahmoud Abbas reportedly plans to draft 350 terrorists into Palestinian Authority security forces."
It's LaGuardia, stupid!
The sign in Tel Aviv honoring Fiorello LaGuardia, mayor of New York City between 1933 and 1945, long has read “LaGardia.” It was changed recently to “LaGvardia.” Tel Aviv officials have promised to get it right. LaGuardia, who was of Italian descent, was a supporter of Zionism.
Mazel Tov to Secretary Michael Chertoff on being confirmed as Homeland Security Secretary!
Chertoff, a judge on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia who is Jewish, ran the Justice Department’s criminal division from 2001 until 2003 and was involved in drafting the U.S. Patriot Act. He also was U.S. Attorney in New Jersey from 1990-94, and he and his wife were active in the Jewish community. Chertoff is the second Cabinet-level Jewish appointee; Josh Bolten heads the Office of Management and Budget.
Shame on him! He was involved in the Patriot Act--which caused Liberty to be one man short!
