Busty Anna Nicole Smith's new year has started on a sour note - a US Federal Court of Appeals has overturned a previous federal court decision to award her millions in her late husband J Howard Marshall's will. In 2002, a federal court in California awarded Smith over $88 million from the deceased oil tycoon's estate, but the cash has been held-up as Marshall's family fought the decision. And now it looks as if Smith will only get a fraction of the cash she expected. Instead, a Texas court has ruled the cash will go to Marshall's son, according to American showbiz news program Entertainment Tonight. Smith will now have to take the case to the US Supreme Court if she still wants the money. The model married 89-year-old Marshall in 1994. He died less than a year later.
