Also, here are some facts regarding Dana Seum Stephenson's residency in Indiana:Does this mean that if I go to California to make it big while still paying Kentucky taxes and stay a registered Voter in KY that I would be eligible to run when I come back to the Bluegrass State?
-Jefferson Circuit Court found based upon Stephenson's own testimony that she was a resident of Indiana from 1997 to 2001;
-Stephenson admitted she lived in Indiana from 1997 to May 2001;
-Stephenson voted in Indiana in 1998 general election; (She signed her voter registration card affirming that she resided in Indiana; must be an Indiana resident to vote in the state.)
-Stephenson voted in Indiana in Democratic primary and general election in 2000;
-Stephenson had an Indiana drivers' license from 1997 to 2001;
-Stephenson owned a house in Indiana from December 1996 to May 2001;
-Stephenson received in-state tuition at Indiana University Southeast from 1997 to 2001;
-Stephenson filed Indiana state income tax returns from 1997 to 2001;
-Stephenson insured her car listing her residency as Indiana;
-Stephenson filed a personal injury lawsuit listing herself as an Indiana resident (Given this, how will she vote for purported tort reform?)
**Remember - a final court order held that Stephenson was not qualified under the Ky Constitution to hold the office of State Senate. Senate President David Williams has said the Senate can seat whoever it wants regardless of the Ky Constitution and "No court in this land can overturn that."
