Feingold has said he had wanted to be president from the time he was in second grade in Janesville but later abandoned that ambition because of the amount of work it entailed.Russ, I beat you by 1 year (first grade in my case) but now, I'm not so sure. There's that airplane thing I've been trying to overcome and it's just not working out so well. But, as always, I never say never.
