My personal thoughts:
Jon Stewart has the money and should have cancelled this week's shows and next Wednesday and Thursday. I observe the whole holiday which was why I was offline. Jon will have to attone next week for his sin for working on the High Holidays. The way I was brought up is, Shabbas aside, you don't work on Yom Tovs.
