30-Something Dems

It's been interesting this past week watching the 30Something Democrats on the floor of the House each evening. I watch when my shows are reruns or if nothing else is on. They were on Tuesday night, last night, and once again tonight. It seems like the core group members that are constantly speaking at night are Representatives Tim Ryan, Kendrick Meek, and Debbie Wasserman Schultz, along with the ocassional appearance of Representative William Delahunt. Their members include:
Rep. Dan Boren (OK-2)
Rep. Artur Davis (AL-7)
Rep. Harold Ford Jr. (TN-9)
Rep. Stephanie Herseth (SD-At Large)
Rep. Patrick Kennedy (RI-1)
Rep. Dan Lipinkski (IL-3)
Rep. Kendrick Meek (FL-17)
Rep. Tim Ryan (OH-17)
Rep. Linda Sanchez (CA-39)
Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL-20)

I will state here that I can't wait until Louisvillians have a representative in that group. Jack Conway, if he decides to run again for Congress, would make a great addition to the caucus. He's in his early to mid-30's.
